What You’ll Do:
You are a person of words, client value and collaboration. You are able to quickly understand technological concepts and features, continuously seek to communicate value to customers, and eat brilliant slide presentations for breakfast. You are highly intelligent, have strong business acumen, and love to deliver A-Z. You will:
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, develop messaging, framing, and packaging for the product, segment audiences, craft value propositions and outreach messaging.
- Transform new product releases and features into communicative materials for internal and external impact. Collaborate on planning and execution of new product launches.
- Join prospect and customer calls to walk through product capabilities and answer high-level technical questions.. Analyze customer needs and feedback to inform business and product strategy.
- Craft compelling and differentiated product positioning. Create marketing collateral, including product guides, blog posts, one pagers and sales materials. Craft brilliant sales decks, lead RFPs, and feedback microcopy with a focus on effective storytelling.
- Conduct internal and external product training, walkthroughs, and produce FAQs, demos, and videos with strong presentation skills.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success and marketing to develop and execute cohesive product messaging in the market, keep the market informed on our newest (and existing) offerings, and find ways to encourage usage of our products and features.
- Work with our developers and designers on the company’s market-facing website (www.ex.co), EX.CO’s help center for customers, and our marketing-related landing pages.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ experience in marketing and/or storytelling
- 2+ years of proven product marketing experience in B2B technology (experience in Ad-tech/Online media/Video is a big advantage)
- English speaker - Native level is a must
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Comfort with technology and a passion for storytelling.
