The Guesty Growth marketing team is on the hunt for a Paid Team Lead. If you are passionate about performance marketing, thrive on optimizing large-scale paid campaigns, and are excited by data-driven decision-making, you have found what you are looking for.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the growth and marketing teams and lead a team of paid acquisition specialists.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Own performance marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive campaign optimizations, A/B testing, and continuous improvements.
- Manage attribution models and ensure accurate tracking of campaign effectiveness.
- Work alongside the creative and content teams to test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
- Foster collaboration within the marketing team and across departments to align paid acquisition efforts with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
- Own ongoing reporting, dashboards, and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team within the marketing department.
- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of improving CAC, LTV, and ROAS through paid campaigns is a big advantage..
- Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
- Team-first mentality complemented by exceptional communication capabilities.
- Passion for testing and implementing AI-driven tools for paid media optimization.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a big advantage.
