Senior NLP Data Scientist
Aspectiva is Walmart's first acquisition in Israel, and has become an integrated part of the core of Walmart's e-commerce, the largest retailer in the world!
We develop state-of-the-art NLP solutions that enable millions of Walmart’s shoppers to make smarter and more confident buying decisions.
We’re growing and are currently looking for a Senior NLP Data Scientist to join our group, and help us through the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms while handling massive amounts of data.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible over algorithmic features from inception to production
- Research new technologies and adapt them for use in the product
- Apply your scientific knowledge and creativity to analyze large volumes of diverse data and develop algorithms to solve complex problems
- Write and implement efficient code
Requirements:

- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (MSc an advantage)
- Experience in NLP - Must
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in research and implementation of Machine Learning based solutions
- MSc in computer Science with a specialty in NLP - Big advantage
- Experience in server side development, OOP language (Java/C#) – Big advantage
- Experience in taking NLP features to production - advantage
- Experience in Deep Learning - Advantage
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
