We are seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Marketing Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent by promoting our employer brand and creating engaging strategies to connect with potential candidates. You will collaborate with HR and marketing teams to build compelling campaigns that highlight our culture, values, and career opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Create content that showcases the employee experience, values, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency in employer brand messaging.
Candidate Attraction
- Design innovative campaigns to target diverse candidate pools through digital, social, and offline channels.
- Utilize analytics to track the success of talent attraction initiatives and optimize strategies.
- Engage with industry communities, universities, and professional networks to build pipelines of future talent.
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality multimedia content (videos, blogs, infographics) for use on career pages, social media, and job boards.
- Manage and grow social media presence for recruitment purposes on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor platforms.
Collaboration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with talent marketing goals.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.
Market Insights
- Conduct market research to stay informed on talent marketing trends and competitor employer branding efforts.
- Provide actionable insights to improve the company’s positioning in the talent marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
