For a mange services of E2E Solutions in a large and stable defense company we are seeking a Lead System Engineer with expertise in systems, communication, and cybersecurity.
This role involves leading complex projects from the initial definition phase through to integration, with a deep understanding of system requirements and defining necessary specifications.
The position requires professional guidance and process management in the fields of systems, communication, and cybersecurity, as well as leading the risk analysis process for computing systems and defining mitigating controls and risk-reducing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex projects in multi-user environments with extensive data traffic.
Define and specify control, communication, and cybersecurity systems, tailoring requirements to advanced technological solutions.
Provide professional guidance to implementation and integration teams and lead them in a matrix management structure across various projects.
Draft and present work reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) to senior customers.
Operate in a classified environment, managing processes with multiple interfaces and leading efforts at the executive level.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading large and complex projects in the fields of systems, communication, and cybersecurity.
Deep understanding of technological processes and familiarity with a range of products and solutions.
Ability to provide professional guidance and leadership to teams and multiple interfaces.
Experience working in a classified environment.
High-level communication skills, including the ability to present work reviews to customers and senior management.
