Role Overview:
Masterschool invites applications for the role of Data School Lead. This pivotal leadership position oversees the educational quality and success of the Data School programs. The School Lead ensures curriculum relevance, student satisfaction, retention, and placement, while dynamically adapting the program based on the latest data industry trends, student feedback, and staff input
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management of different Data School program cohorts, guaranteeing successful delivery and adherence to the highest educational standards.
Lead, recruit, and manage the program owners, mentors, and instructors within the Data School, promoting excellence in instruction and student support.
Collaborate with the Curriculum Architect to continuously refine and update the Data School curriculum, ensuring it meets evolving industry needs, incorporating feedback from students and staff.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain close connections with data industry professionals, academic staff, and students to gather feedback and implement program improvements. Facilitate regular strategy meetings to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for advancement.
Prioritize student learning outcomes and career readiness, contributing to high rates of student satisfaction and academic achievement within the data school.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience leading large-scale teams or departments, with proven expertise in managing extensive operations and overseeing complex projects.
Strong knowledge and expertise in data analytics, data science, and related fields, including current trends, technologies, and best practices in these industries.
Experience in educational leadership or program management, preferably with a focus on data science, data analytics, or machine learning.
Superior organizational skills, capable of managing multiple program cohorts and adapting to the rapidly evolving landscape of data education.
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of building relationships with industry professionals, academic staff, and students.
Proficient in English; German proficiency is a plus.
