The Head of Training, Knowledge, and Quality Control is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive training, knowledge management, and quality control initiatives across the customer-facing organization.

This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and best practices to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for employee development, continuous improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards.

What will you be doing?

Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments and tailor learning solutions accordingly.
  • Leverage e-learning platforms, workshops, and coaching to support ongoing development.
  • Measure training effectiveness through performance tracking and feedback mechanisms.

Knowledge Management

  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base to ensure employees and customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing across teams to drive efficiency and collaboration.
  • Implement tools and processes that facilitate the easy retrieval and updating of knowledge resources.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on knowledge-sharing strategies.

Quality Control & Assurance

  • Establish and oversee quality control frameworks to ensure high service and operational standards.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to assess performance and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
  • Create reporting systems to track quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in training, knowledge management, or quality control, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management systems and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
