Junior Automation & Integration Developer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to join the Information Systems team at Infinidat as a Junior Automation & Integration Developer.

The Information Systems team is dedicated to optimizing business processes through automation and integration. This role will primarily focus on Workato development, Jira customizations, scripting, and general process automation. By integrating diverse platforms and enhancing workflows, the team drives operational efficiency across multiple departments. We prioritize continuous innovation to ensure seamless system integration, reducing manual tasks while maximizing overall impact.

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Workato to integrate business systems
• Customize and develop Jira solutions, including scripting, workflow optimization, and REST API integrations
• Design and implement process automation across multiple platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Confluence)
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing automations to improve efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into actionable technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code using Python, JavaScript, or other relevant scripting languages
• Document automation processes thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability

• Proficiency in programming (experience with Python is preferred, but knowledge of other languages is also acceptable)
• Experience working with REST APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a solid understanding of business logic
• A genuine willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira development (e.g., Groovy scripting, workflow automation)
• Prior experience working with information systems (e.g., Jira, SFDC, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud-based and on-prem automation and integration tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
