About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and support the Head of Marketing Operations. This role is essential for optimizing marketing processes and ensuring smooth execution across various teams. The Marketing Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact between marketing and other departments, streamline workflows, and lead key initiatives to support business growth and alignment.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams within the marketing department and the wider organization, manage web development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize work processes, and drive strategic marketing initiatives. You will be instrumental in fostering cross-departmental alignment and enhancing internal operations to support lead generation, customer retention, and overall business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Web Development Initiatives: Own the prioritization and execution of web development tasks that directly impact the user experience. Work closely with our team of web developers and the SEO team to deliver timely updates, drive continuous optimization, and keep the website running smoothly.
  • Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Act as the linchpin between marketing and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Customer Support, Product Operations). You’ll work towards resolving challenges, ensuring seamless communication and fast, effective solutions that drive the business forward.
  • Revolutionize Marketing Workflows: Take charge of optimizing and streamlining critical marketing processes—like pricing page updates and translations—making them more efficient and scalable to support rapid growth.
  • Drive Strategic Marketing Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives, from product and feature launches to innovative marketing campaigns. Own the execution of lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness efforts that make a measurable impact..
  • Champion Internal Alignment: Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring smooth communication and shared goals. Be the key player in maintaining a robust marketing knowledge base and managing marketing operations.
  • Optimize and Streamline Operations: Continuously identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in marketing processes, taking proactive steps to eliminate roadblocks and enhance overall team performance.
Requirements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in marketing operations or project management, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in managing cross-functional teams (e.g., product marketing, web development, content, demand generation).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in project management tools to prioritize tasks, align stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with web development processes, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools. Experience working with web developers and SEO teams on website updates, optimizations, and content management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven with a track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention, as well as managing strategic projects like product launches and aligning marketing operations.
  • Ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration and serve as the central point of contact between marketing and other teams (Legal, Finance, Product Operations, Customer Support), ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
  • Proven experience in optimizing marketing workflows and ensuring efficient, scalable processes for tasks like asset updates, pricing page management, and translations.
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company with an understanding of web technologies and digital marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing and CMS: Background in digital marketing, content management systems (CMS), and web content strategy (advantage).
