About the role:
The Business Applications Analyst will be part of a team that owns, develops, and executes the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and overall improvement of Pentera’s instance of Salesforce and other related applications. In this role, you will configure and operate Pentera’s business applications while working closely with different business units including Sales, Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and more.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end: characterize business needs, design and develop new processes and implement them in Salesforce and other business applications
- Support integrations with external systems e.g. Dealhub, Allbound, Lexion, Funnelsource, Hubspot, Docusign, Outreach, Mind tickle and more
- Provide ongoing technical support including system configuration & maintenance
- Monitor the efficiency of the system and introduce ways to improve it
- Establish best practices and drive adoption of new workflows and processes
- Analyze business questions and identify growth opportunities
- Be responsible for data integrity and meta-data maintenance
- Document processes, workflows and best practices in Pentera’s knowledge base
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience working on medium and larger projects
- At least 1 year experience in Saas company
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formulas, flows, validations, approval flows, etc
- Experience working with outsourced developers
- Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
- Curiosity and skills to debug and get to the bottom of a problem and help resolve it with a solid long-term solution
- Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills in English

- Experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker/Tableau/similar)
- Experience writing code
