Who you’ll be working with:

Work with a diverse team of marketeers from around the world, who come together to do amazing things, grow the business, and have some fun every day]

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, coordinating with teams across marketing, product, sales, and finance. Monitor milestones and dependencies, set deadlines, prioritize tasks, and assign team members to deliverables.
  • Identify best practices, continuously refining project management methodologies within the marketing team. Implement standard processes and tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual budget planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Manage marketing collateral within content systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on campaign tracking and attribution setup, and coordinate with vendors and external teams, as well as work closely with the IT team on marketing-related projects
Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 2-3 Years of experience
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, drive initiatives, and engage cross-functional teams toward common goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Good understanding of marketing processes, campaigns, and high-tech industry dynamics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve project challenges
  • Experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Monday.com, Asana, and Sharepoint
  • Excellent English and Hebrew
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio is an advantage
