Requirements

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) – required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, legal support, or office management within a high-tech company.
  • Proven experience in employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of legal and contract-related administrative processes.
  • Experience with deal desk operations – an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial and HR systems – an advantage.
About The Role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations and Office Manager to oversee our daily business operations, support deal processes, and provide first-line legal support. The ideal candidate will have a background in office and operational management within a high-tech company, experience in employee welfare, and a strong legal foundation to support internal compliance and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal & Compliance Support: Manage legal documentation, contracts, and administrative compliance processes. Serve as the first point of contact for legal inquiries before escalation.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across teams.
  • Deal Desk Management: Support sales and finance teams by reviewing commercial agreements, pricing approvals, and deal structuring to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Office & Facilities Management: Ensure a well-maintained and organized office space, overseeing logistics, maintenance, security, and office supplies.
  • Employee Welfare & Engagement: Plan and execute company events, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support for Leadership Team: Assist executives with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination of internal processes.
