Analytics Team Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Analytics Team Lead to join us. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of data analysts, assign tasks, and collaborate closely with our data science team by providing analytics support and expertise. You will be responsible for analyzing complex models, ensuring high-scale performance, and translating the team’s insights into impactful business strategies.

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to conduct in-depth research, providing actionable recommendations that support the team's work and contribute to key decision-making processes in model development.
• Perform hands-on analytics work, including coding, data analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, and Python.
• Analyze large datasets with a focus on optimizing query efficiency.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Oversee the development and implementation of analytics processes, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams and senior management to translate the team's needs and insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and programming languages to drive data insights and business solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across all analytics operations.

• Up to 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with proven hands-on experience using visualization tools like Looker Studio or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-scale, high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management, translating complex analytics insights into business strategies.

• Previous experience working closely with Data Science teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
