We are seeking a passionate and skilled Global Organizational Development & Learning Manager to join HR team at accessiBe. In this strategic role, you will lead global organizational development (OD) and learning initiatives, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth as we scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design & Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee global OD and learning strategies, including leadership programs, talent development, onboarding, performance management, and employee career paths.
  • Onboarding: Lead the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Learning Solutions: Create blended learning solutions (e-learning, face-to-face, and virtual sessions) that address both macro and micro learning needs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and culture.
  • Program Delivery: Lead the execution of workshops, training sessions, and learning programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish measurement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
  • LMS Management: Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including content creation, updates, and reporting on learning outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to identify and address skills gaps, promoting a learning culture across the organization.
  • OD Projects: Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and performance improvement strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning Technologies, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OD, learning, and development in a global environment, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful learning and development programs.
  • Proficiency in LMS administration, content creation, and the use of digital learning platforms and AI tools. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to present and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, has a “can-do” attitude, and demonstrates flexibility and creativity in solving challenges.
