We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner and Employee Experience Specialist to join our People team for a 6-month maternity leave replacement. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to our rapidly growing company.

As a Talent Recruiter, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating globally with hiring managers to identify and evaluate the right candidates for our expanding team. This role is diverse and will also involve enhancing our employee experience by ensuring new hires feel welcomed, implementing recognition programs, and celebrating special occasions and milestones. If you possess strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, take a proactive approach, and enjoy managing multiple projects and assignments, you could be an excellent fit for this position!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, focusing on technical roles and global positions.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through social media and professional networks to creatively recruit top talent while maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Oversee assessment processes, including conducting in-depth interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and refine the sourcing strategy.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a consultant on talent-related issues.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Liaise with external recruitment sources, such as educational institutions, professional associations, and employment agencies.
  • Initiate, plan, and implement employee experience programs, events, and recognition initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role within the high-tech industry, specifically handling global positions.
  • Expertise in assessment, including conducting in-depth interviews.
  • Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Ability to positively represent our company and open roles to prospective candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and innovative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Comeet is a plus.
