As Growthspace continues to expand, we're seeking a talented and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive product marketing plans and strategies to promote our platform, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales enablement materials, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, including coordinating product launches, developing launch materials, and managing launch timelines.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events, to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the L&D/HR Tech industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong ability to break down complex concepts into extremely simple and clear terms - comfortable with delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer briefings to internal teams and leadership
Strong writing and communication English skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging and content.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
