Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a RevOps Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the entire revenue cycle. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both business processes and technology.

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams to align business processes and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless coordination across the revenue cycle.

  • Work closely with leadership to define and implement revenue-related policies, processes, and workflows.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation.

  • Conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with finance and sales to develop accurate revenue forecast plans.

  • Assist in strategic planning and resource allocation to support revenue goals.

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue-related technologies, including CRM, Marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.

  • Ensure seamless integration between different systems to facilitate data flow and accuracy.

  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of data within the revenue operations systems, and implement data governance policies to maintain clean and reliable data.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

  • Implement workflow automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.

  • Provide training to teams on new technologies and processes.

  • Create documentation and resources to support ongoing learning and development.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Year of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, typically 3-5 years.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Salesforce administration certification- a must. 

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills - a must.

  • Excellent understanding of revenue generation strategies, sales enablement, and operational efficiencies.

  • Understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and revenue forecasting.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
