QA Engineer (Jarvis)

ONE ZERO is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team. This position entails developing and designing comprehensive tests, implementing these tests, identifying bugs, and outlining necessary corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves reviewing system requirements and monitoring key quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. 

• Develop and execute testing plans for both client and sever sides leveraging comprehensive knowledge of complex system business logic
• Conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing of services and LLM models with a holistic understanding of the entire system
• Responsibility for the distribution of the tests during the sprint along with the automation
• Release testing signoff before moving to prod
• Analyze and debug logs and traces
• Investigate issues in production environments
• Work closely with Product and R&D teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products
• Identify and track defects from discovery to resolution

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as QA engineer
• Strong knowledge in QA process and methodologies(experience in test planning, test design, test strategy and test execution)
• Experience with API testing and  API testing tools (Postman, Playground, etc)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, TFS)
• Experience with ,MongoDB PostGress
• Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software
• Good flexibility, excellent collaboration skills and the ability to plan the workload
• Experience with Kafka message distribution
