Role Overview
We're looking for a talented individual to join us as a Vulnerability Research Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you'll bridge vulnerability research with infrastructure development, applying algorithms and heuristics to solve complex challenges, leading the creation of an integrated environment for security researchers. Your focus will be on developing tools and frameworks to streamline exploit development, vulnerability research and reverse engineering, shaping the future of security research.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and develop novel tools to assist vulnerability researchers, integrated with leading frameworks and technologies such as IDA Pro, Jeb, Ghidra, QEMU etc.
Lead algorithmic research and development initiatives to solve and automate complex research problems, optimize processes and drive innovation within the security research ecosystem.
Conduct in-depth research into OS and application behavior
Contribute expertise to world-class vulnerability research efforts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in low-level system programming, reverse engineering and infrastructure development roles, delivering high-impact solutions in complex environments.
Strong foundation in algorithmic research and development, with the ability to apply heuristic techniques and solve complex problems using advanced algorithms.
Experience with reverse-engineering tools such as IDA, Ghidra and Jeb. Familiarity with debugging tools such as gdb / frida.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as C/C++, Java, Rust, Go and Python, with a demonstrated ability to architect and implement robust scalable solutions.
Solid understanding of Unix-like OS internals
Quick and independent learner with a passion for cybersecurity research.
Experience in assembly and mobile security research is highly desirable.
Experience with fuzzing and emulation technologies (e.g. QEMU) - a plus
Experience with compiler frameworks (e.g. LLVM) - a plus
