Description

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Account Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS solutions through both direct sales to French-speaking customers and strategic collaboration with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and other partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to sell directly to customers in French-speaking territories, while also managing and enabling partners across French-speaking regions and the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market to achieve sales targets.

This role requires a blend of direct sales acumen, strategic partner management expertise, and the ability to navigate diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close opportunities with French-speaking customers.
  • Actively engage with prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle.

Partner Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new VARs and partners to expand the network in French-speaking territories and the DACH region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets through both direct sales and the VAR channel.
  • Work closely with VARs to develop joint sales plans, co-selling activities, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with VARs to evaluate performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities.

Training & Enablement:

  • Design and deliver training programs to educate VARs on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Provide sales tools, marketing collateral, and other resources to enhance partner selling capabilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales workshops to improve VARs’ ability to sell our solutions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze VAR sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activity, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and deal progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance and sales metrics for senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, including both direct customer engagement and partner management.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the French-speaking and DACH territories is highly desirable.
