The Learning and Development (L&D) Director plays a strategic role in designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career development. This position ensures the organization has a skilled and adaptable workforce by aligning learning initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging innovative training methodologies.
As a Cognyter you will:
- Develop, implement, and oversee global OD and learning strategies, including leadership programs, talent development, onboarding, performance management, and employee career paths.
- Create learning solutions (e-learning, face-to-face, and virtual sessions) ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and culture.
- Lead the execution of workshops, training sessions, and learning programs
- Work closely with People department and senior leadership to identify and address skills gaps, promoting a learning culture across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and oversee impactful training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and performance improvement strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality training initiatives.
For that mission you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Learning and Development or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational learning initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with facilitate various company training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to present and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
