About the Role:
At Tailor Brands, we’re an R&D-driven company where innovation and ownership are at the heart of everything we do. As a Fullstack Tech Lead, you’ll have the chance to define our technological strategy, shape best practices, and lead impactful cross-department projects. You’ll take full ownership of features from conception to deployment, working hands-on with cutting-edge technologies..
By joining us, you’ll:
- Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance the quality and velocity of our delivery pipeline
- Lead architectural decisions, designing scalable and secure backend services, and reusable front-end abstractions
- Work closely with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient automated testing and deployment practices
- Mentor engineers in modern frameworks like React, Node.js, and cloud-native infrastructure
- Shape best practices in software development, from microservices architecture to containerization and monitoring with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus
- At least 8 years of experience in web development with Ruby / Node.js / Python / Go / Java / C# / Kotlin / Other
- Experience working with a modern web framework: Ember.js / AngularJS / React / VueJS / Other
- Experience working with relational databases in a production environment
- Experience with the implementation of mobile-responsive UI
- Experience mentoring other engineers

- We are located in Rothschild, Tel Aviv
- Our hybrid model includes four days in the office and one day at home
