Service Engineering Support

·        Responsible for leading E2E Technical ECOs for service spare parts release.

·        Work with the Service Experts on NPI and create relevant new spare parts.

·        Responsible for planning, writing and Executing Design Verifications Testing for service Cost Saving Projects.

·        Work with the Experts on the main items consumptions and try to reduce consumption or items cost.

·        High technical knowledge of our products.

·        B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/Bio-Medical Engineering from known College/University – Advantage

·        Experienced with Technical Projects Leading in Medical Multidisciplinary Equipment – Big Advantage

• 3 years’ experience in international service of systems comprising mechanics, electronics, optics; experience in medical devices field – Advantage

·        Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

·        Strong Hands-On, Problem Solver & technical capabilities.

·        Proven leadership skills, quick & self-learner and adaptively/agility abilities.

·        High technical writing and word processing skills, High level of presentation skills.

·        Team Player, highly motivated with ambitions to learn and develop.

·        Knowledge in PLM Platform ( Enovia, SAP)

• High level of knowledge and control in Office package (excel, power point etc...)

·        Fluent English – both writing and oral.
