Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to join our EA team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Fiverr President.

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage and prioritize daily tasks, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

This position requires availability to work 5 days a week from the office, including monitoring USA time zones. 

• Act as the right hand to the President, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining smooth communication across multiple teams and time zones.
• Orchestrate complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure time is optimized for maximum efficiency.
• Prepare agendas, coordinate materials, and track action items to keep meetings productive and results-driven.
• Handle travel logistics, event planning.
• Offer full administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of both business and personal responsibilities.

• Proven experience in a high-level administrative or operational role, preferably in tech or a fast-moving corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant or office administrator.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Tech-savvy—proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
