Senior Data Scientist

A leading large-scale mobile platform company is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join her innovative AI team. The perfect candidate will possess a solid foundation in machine learning, data engineering, and software development, and will take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning pipelines and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement state-of-the-art solutions by utilizing our extensive data resources.
• Create online and scalable models and tools using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Manage projects from start to finish, addressing business questions all the way through to production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, product managers, analysts, and developers across the organization to tackle complex challenges.

• MSc or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or Engineering
• 4+ years of experience as a data scientist
• Experience solving complex business problems using state of the art algorithms
• Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and programming
• Good understanding of probability and statistics
• Experience in leading machine learning projects
• Great analytic skills and business understanding
• Strong Python development knowledge
• Experience working on an applied recommendations system solution
• Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras)
• Team player, ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
