As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, locally and globally.
- Conduct comprehensive HR interviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Source top-tier candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision in our recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns, informing successful decision-making in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Contribute actively to the enhancement of our talent and hiring processes.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in start up hi-tech companies
- Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
- Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Motivated and independent with a can-do attitude!
