Description

As an Oracle Fusion Functional Lead within the Information Systems team, you'll be the interface between the business and implementation, configuration, solution design, and support. Your role includes defining functional requirements, configuring the HCM module, overseeing implementation and maintenance, and collaborating with IT groups and business users.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a functional analyst/subject matter expert for implementations and rollouts.
  • Gathering and assessing client requirements, translating them into optimal Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Conducting functionality gap analysis and solution design.
  • Organizing Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
  • Providing expertise and guidance in HR-related areas within the Oracle Fusion HCM module.
  • Developing functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Support Oracle Fusion ERP users

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical / configuration issues.
  • Create / Modify Queries and Reports using BI Publisher, OTBI.
  • Contribute towards special initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Learn and understand new products as and when required
  • Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
  • Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Oracle Fusion
  • Strong work experience and expertise in HCM Data Loader / HCM Spreadsheet Loader configurations, Data loads for Global HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll Benefits
  • Thorough hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI and Data Models
  • Should be a go-getter and strong collaborative mindset
  • Excellent Communication skills
