Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging, data analysis, ML, engineering, and multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 1,000,000 requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges.
As our Data Engineering Team Leader, you will manage a Data Engineering team that deals with real Big Data, and become the owner and gatekeeper of all data and data flows within the company. You will bring data ingenuity and technological excellence while gaining a deep business understanding.

As our Product Manager, You will lead the development and optimization of products, focusing on improving user experience and optimizing user funnels and creatives. You will manage the entire process from idea generation to final execution, including daily monitoring, UX design, data research, and prioritization.

What You’ll Do:
- Build products that drive effective user experience with emphasis on funnel optimization, creative, intent-building
- Conduct data, UX, cohort, and A/B tests and experiments on millions of daily users in various environments
- Prioritize and manage opportunities from ideation, implementation, production deployment, and monitoring
- Own entire business units, from top-level KPIs to daily performance.
- Conduct internal, competition, and ad-intelligence research to find and exploit new opportunities
- Work closely with teammates from all departments - data science, product, and R&D
- Work in a fast-paced, innovative, data-driven, and rewarding environment.
- Act as the point of contact for strategic partners, managing client calls, technical integrations, and partnership success.
- Potentially help recruit and onboard new team members, remote teams, and external vendors
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Growth, Performance Marketing or B2C Analytics
- Experience in data-rich, mobile apps, gaming, ad-tech, marketing, or large user base companies/startups
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI improvement and conversion optimization
- Experience managing and conducting A\B tests
- Good understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design
- Ability to alternate between macro and micro perspectives and tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
- Great interpersonal skills, fun to be around :)
Advantages:
- Coding experience or strong analytical background
- Experience with Attribution tools and SDKs (e.g., Appsflyer)
- Familiarity with the Mobile ecosystem, programmatic ecosystem, UX, and backend systems
- Experience in Scrum/Kanban methodology
