We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive IT specialist who is eager to learn. You’ll collaborate closely with our global IT team - ensuring best in class support to our employees worldwide while upholding high IT and security standards.

As an IT Specialist at CHEQ you will:
- Provide end-user technical support, manage core systems and network
- Handle the day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, and provide best-in-class client-side support
- Gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of IT functions, including support for Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
- Be responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT performance.
To become an IT Specialist at CHEQ, you will need:
- 2+ years experience in an IT support role
- Experience in supporting MacOS & Windows operating systems
- Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365
- Experience with IAM environments (JumpCloud, OKTA, OneLogin)
- Experience with MDM / IAM systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP - a plus!
- Knowledge of Scripting - and automation tools - a plus
- Knowledge of cloud computing - Plus!
- A desire to learn and grow with the team as our needs and mission evolve - a must!
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Full-time on-site presence in our Tel Aviv office (5 days a week) is required.
