We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join accessiBe's mission of making the internet accessible to everyone. This role will drive strategic initiatives, shape product vision, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative accessibility solutions.

You are expected to:
- Own end-to-end product delivery and drive roadmap strategy with measurable KPIs
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and track performance metrics
- Develop data-driven insights to influence product decisions and senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional engineering and design teams to identify critical problems and shape iterative solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs)
- Drive customer engagement through repeat usage, feature adoption, and satisfaction metrics

Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of owning feature delivery and product tradeoffs
- Strong background in technical SaaS products
- Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and technologies - advantage
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on user experience
