As a Product Manager at Flare, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal technology. Leading the charge in reimagining how individuals access legal services during key life events.

What you'll do:
Establish a collective vision for your product throughout the company while collaborating with talented team members from various departments (engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You will assume full responsibility and significantly influence the company's direction.
Lead your team to prioritize and expedite the delivery of products that meet users' and business needs.
Gather and analyze diverse inputs to pinpoint opportunities, ensuring your team focuses on the most impactful tasks.
Assess the team's solutions using qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, surveys, data analysis, and A/B testing.
Gain insights into the market and competitors while advocating for our users to devise product strategies that foster long-term success.
Inspire and lead a team of highly intelligent, dedicated, and enjoyable individuals.
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in building consumer-facing products -Must.
You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficient in data analysis and user research, as well as comprehending the intricacies of user needs, intentions, and business scenarios, with a track record of numerous successful accomplishments.
Possesses a keen eye for visual design and proficient in defining user workflows.
You have a knack for taking charge and entrepreneurial traits - you're self-motivated and confident in motivating, guiding, and making decisions even without full agreement.
Excellent communicator, feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in Israel and in the United States.
Cross-organizational collaboration skills and a technical background are a big advantage
