Description
Zero Networks, a cutting-edge network security solutions provider, is at an exciting time in its history and is growing fast! We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our development team. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform through the design, development, and execution of automated tests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and report issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues, clearly documenting steps to reproduce and providing accurate information to the development team.
Contribute to developing and maintaining a robust and scalable test automation framework.
Continuously enhance and expand automated test coverage to improve software quality and efficiency.
Conduct regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure that previously tested functionality performs as expected.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 5 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
Proficiency in Python.
Previous experience in building testing infrastructure - must.
Cyber Security / Networking knowledge/experience - must.
Network and Security know-how.
Preferred experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, GCP, Grafana, virtualization, Active Directory, and Windows internals.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems to identify potential areas for testing.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
