We are looking for a skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist a to join our finance team and focus managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability, and deep knowledge of Israel payroll
What will you be doing?
- Ownership and responsibility for processing global payroll and post payroll activities
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for 200+ employees around the world. Comply with the company's financial closing schedule
- Analyze variances in payroll elements and report to management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant authorities and regulation including NI, taxes and other
- Serve as a focal point for company’s employees for payroll-related questions
- Be the focal point and interface with HR and pension agent regarding all relevant aspects
- Responsibility of the employee life cycle in payroll and pension environment
- Manage attendance system and reports, including new employees’ setup
- Lead and manage day-to-day contact with the different global agencies
- Review employees’ expense reimbursement
- Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policies changes, communicating key changes across teams
- 3+ years’ experience as a payroll controller, in a global company
- Proven experience in outsourced international payrolls
- Deep knowledge of “Michpal” - Must
- Experience with Tas travel system-an advantage
- Certified payroll accountant - an advantage
- Proficient in Excel
- Deep knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll, internal control and processes, and best practices
- Proactive and quick learner, great interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and self-sufficient
- Service oriented with a positive can-do approach
- Versatile and flexible, with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
- Excellent English communication skills spoken and written
