We seek a passionate Accounting Manager to join our bookkeeping in our amazing finance department. Our ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and adept at working with numbers, with a talent for overseeing financial operations with hands-on responsibilities. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our IL and US books.
Responsibilities - what you will be doing:
- Perform and manage all bookkeeping activities for the IL and US entities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain global consistency
- Lead the monthly closing process, including preparation of cut-off journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Assist with cash flow management and forecasting
- Prepare and review periodic tax filings, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations for each jurisdiction
- Develop and implement standardized bookkeeping processes and policies across all entities
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements, including automation of bookkeeping tasks
- Provide training and development opportunities for the bookkeeping team
- Manage ad-hoc financial projects as required
Requirements - does this describe you?
- Certified Bookkeeper, Type 3
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a global high-tech company
- Experience with a global ERP system, specifically NetSuite – a must
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Technically adept and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Experience with financial software such as Dokka and Mesh
- Familiarity with transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliations
- Previous experience in an industrial company
