So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Work directly with our Revenue Operations on developing Workiz Outbound Go-to-market Motion from scratch.

  • Generate new business pipeline by executing outbound prospecting activities such as researching target accounts, cold calling and personalizing email and social media messaging.

  • Engage prospects in the US as a consultant who can help them uncover their challenges, and propose effective solutions.

  • Take part in building an effective outbound machine by testing different types of prospects, call-tracks, messaging and processes.

  • Partner with our sales team to drive revenue by running effective discovery, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. 

Requirements

Ideally, we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of outbound SAAS sales experience with a history of overachievement (preferably working with SMBs).

  • Working days: Monday-Friday, Evening hours (US hours) - We are flexible to hiring at 80% capacity.

  • Mother-tongue level English

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills. 

  • Target-driven and hard worker with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Familiarity with common sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator or the like.

  • An interest and/or knowledge in the field service industry. 

  • Start-up experience preferred.

These would also be nice

  • Experience as a first outbound BDR in a startup.

  • Experience working with HubSpot

  • Experience in the field service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Locksmith, Construction, etc…)
