About The Role

We are looking for an Employee Experience & Office Manager to join our HR team at LiveU’s Israeli site. In this role, you’ll enhance employee experience through meaningful programs and efficient office management. This position combines organizational excellence, creativity in employee engagement, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

This is a temporary, full-time position for one year, requiring onsite work at our Kfar Saba offices 4 days a week, including responsibilities at the reception desk

Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience Programs: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction, foster community, and boost productivity, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and volunteering events. Creating and implementing annual welfare program.
  • Office Operations & Facilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations and facility management, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and managing deliveries.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, annual celebrations, and happy hours, ensuring every event reflects LiveU’s culture and values.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage welfare and office budgets, optimize resources, and handle vendor relationships, including price negotiations, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Day-to-Day HR Support: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, track attendance, and assist with daily HR-related needs.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in similar roles.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Advanced proficiency in Office, Excel, Canva (Priority, Hibob, Synerion – an advantage).

Positive, friendly attitude with a strong passion for team engagement and organizational culture.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.

Skilled in event planning, multitasking, and prioritization.
