Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Operations team and own the Salesforce environment within AI21. You will leverage your experience and best practices to optimize our current SFDC implementation and build and refine processes and definitions needed to maximize scalability.  You will partner with stakeholders cross functionally (Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Success, Finance, etc) to define and implement strategies and processes to satisfy the business needs.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce programs end-to-end with full ownership of the program
  • Responsible for strategic evaluation, customization and implementation of solutions for business processes through Salesforce sales cloud, and other operational systems
  • Collaborate with global teams to gather feedback, enhance system functionality, improve user experience, provide system-support, and ensure data integrity
  • Stay current on Salesforce features and recommend process improvements
  • Build and maintain documentation, user guides, and technical training for Salesforce users
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and other business applications, working closely with the Senior Business Analyst on data infrastructure
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to address business needs and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ Years experience working as a Salesforce Admin / Business Operations Manager or similar role (preferably with a B2B SaaS) - Must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Must
  • Salesforce admin certification - Preferred
  • Experience as Salesforce admin with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including Custom Objects, Relationship, Workflows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Access & Permissions, Reports & Dashboards and more
  • Business-oriented, with knowledge of sales and service processes and experience translating technical specifications into business solutions
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Service-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work effectively across teams and geographie
  • Experience with databases and SQL - Advantage
