Description
We are looking for a Local Tech Support Specialist to join our Operation Department
Core mission
As technical support at Gett's IL operation, you will assist end-users, operation and R&D with their technical needs and provide customer service needs. This includes direct communication with end-users via email/phone.
Responsibilities:
- Providing end-to-end support to Gett employees, customers, and suppliers
- Investigate and solve technical problems
- Responsibility for production system configuration.
- Solving complex problems by working closely with developers, QA and other technical personas.
- Lead and manage internal and local projects involving system configuration and cross business units coordination.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive and open-minded with high problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Excel - required.
- Strong technical English language skills - required.
- Motivated self-learner.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
- Experience working in a microservices architecture - advantage
- Experience working with Mobile, Web, and Back end technologies - advantage
- Experience with SQL - advantage
