Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various platforms, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Actively source and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using our ATS (Comeet).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech company.
  • Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach.
  • High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently.
