Networking Team Lead

​​We are looking for a hands-on Networking Team Leader who will help take our organization to the next level.

As the Networking Team Leader at Paragon, you will lead a highly technical team, ensuring the availability, scalability, and continuous improvement of networking infrastructure.

Your role is supporting the company’s growth by driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and maintaining a forward-thinking and can-do approach to infrastructure design and operations.

Responsibilities:

• ​​Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 talented network engineers
• Deploy and manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks to meet business objectives
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, topologies, and processes
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues efficiently
• Maintaining the network's integrity includes implementing new systems, troubleshooting network issues
• Proactively monitoring and improving network infrastructure
• Act as an escalation point and mentor for our Help Desk team members
• Lead projects from the initiation to implementation
• Ensure all company networks are implemented with a strict security standard 

• At least 2 years as team leader in the field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with networking and routing protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, etc
• Expert knowledge in the operation of Ethernet LAN switching protocols and standards
• Experience in planning and designing projects and analyzing existing network systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze complex network issues using variety of tools
• Excellent communication skills and team player

Advantage:

• Experience of using scripting (Python/Bash/Ansible) to automate network tasks
• Experience with VMware large scale environments
• Experience working with monitoring tools
