Temporary Mechanical Engineer / Designer

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

Exodigo is on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Engineering Engineer / Designer to join our Mechanical team for 3-4 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for transferring files and assemblies of our company's products from Fusion 360 CAD software to SolidWorks. Your work will ensure that our designs are accurately and efficiently migrated, supporting our ongoing projects and company scale efforts.

Additionally, you will be tasked with creating comprehensive drawings for CAD models, which will aid in the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring that all designs adhere to the highest standards of functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer and convert CAD files and assemblies from Fusion 360 to SolidWorks.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of transferred files.
• Collaborate with the mechanical design team to address any issues or discrepancies during the transfer process.
• Create detailed drawings for CAD models to support manufacturing and assembly processes.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with SolidWorks CAD software – a must.
• Experience with Fusion 360 CAD software (advantage)
• Experience with PDM software/ 3D experience- a must.
• Minimum 60% job- a must.
• Strong understanding of CAD file structures and assembly management- a must.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work- a must.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills- a must.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines- a must.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communications- a must.
