As our Head of Product Marketing, you will be a pivotal force in shaping how Cyberbit is perceived, positioned, and loved by our audiences. You will define and execute a best-in-class product marketing strategy that drives customer adoption, engagement, and advocacy. Working closely with our CMO, marketing team, product managers, sales executives, and customer success teams, you will play a critical role in positioning Cyberbit as a global leader in cybersecurity education, SOC readiness, and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute a world-class product marketing strategy that enhances customer engagement and adoption.
- Define Positioning and Messaging – Craft compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with key personas, including SOC teams, CISOs, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Drive Category Creation – Establish Cyberbit as the go-to solution in cybersecurity training and SOC readiness.
- Enable Sales Success – Develop impactful sales enablement materials such as battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and training content to drive deal acceleration.
- Develop Product-Centric Content – Create high-value content, including whitepapers, datasheets, webinars, videos, blog posts, and more, to reinforce Cyberbit’s authority in the industry.
- Lead Product Launch Campaigns – Design and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
- Conduct Market Research – Gather and analyze customer insights, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inform marketing/company initiatives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Engage with Analysts & Industry SMEs/Influencers – Manage analyst relations (AR) to strengthen Cyberbit’s reputation as a market leader.
- Measure and Optimize Performance – Define and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Occasionally Participate in Sales Calls – Provide direct support to sales efforts, gaining insights into customer challenges and refining messaging accordingly.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of scaling brand positioning and driving significant ARR growth.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities – you can transform complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that captivate audiences.
- Experience in category creation and positioning companies as market leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.
- Hands-on execution mindset – you’re not just a strategist; you roll up your sleeves and GTD (get things done).
- Experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams (a plus).
- A deep passion for cybersecurity, technology, and customer engagement.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling formats.
