FPGA Engineer

Join our elite RF systems group, working at the forefront of technology in fields such as radar, radio, communication, and GPS. As an FPGA Engineer, you will be at the core of our team, collaborating closely with algorithm, mechanics, and embedded systems teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement signal processing algorithms and logic design for high-performance applications.

• Work with state-of-the-art platforms and some of the most complex development boards available at Rafael.

• Engage in cutting-edge projects, including Iron Dome missile guidance systems and laser systems.

• Contribute to the project from the initial definition phase to the final proof of concept in the integrated system.

What We're Looking For:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in FPGA logic design.

• Proficiency in hardware description languages such as VHDL/Verilog.

• Experience with the latest Intel (Altera) or Xilinx components and development tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with soft cores and scripting is an advantage.

• Experience in ASIC development is also valuable.
