What will you do?

We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Information system projects. The successful candidate will possess extensive Salesforce administration experience and a strong understanding of business processes, aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery, including hands on implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology, system performance and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the commissions system including business knowledge and implementation

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• 2 years’ experience as an information systems  project management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and Hebrew
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• BSc or Engineering Degree in Information Systems or similar is a must
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) - must
• Self learner
