Description

EasySend is a low-code platform provider enabling organizations to create SaaS-based customer-facing interactions, including data collection, document management, and eSignature solutions.

We're seeking a dynamic  Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives and lead the execution of go-to-market strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to shape the future of our product messaging and market positioning. As a key collaborator across teams, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our products, from vision to market execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Product Positioning & Messaging: Lead the strategic direction of EasySend’s product lines, ensuring clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Shape Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and execute our go-to-market and positioning strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead Full Product Marketing Lifecycle: Oversee every phase of the product marketing journey, from launch to ongoing optimization, ensuring sustained growth and long-term success through strategic improvements and adaptation to market trends.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the vital link between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Management to foster alignment, create new initiatives, and support the company’s overarching goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze the competitive landscape to become an expert in our industry and competitors. Share insights with internal teams and develop materials that help drive our competitive advantage.
  • Drive Product Awareness: Lead the creation of impactful product release communications, including emails, release notes, brochures, videos, webinars, and in-product solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Messaging: Translate product features into real-world use cases, demonstrating clear value to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that raise awareness, increase adoption, and drive conversions. Support thought leadership initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use data to continuously assess campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize content to strengthen the sales funnel.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and optimize sales enablement assets, ensuring their impact on revenue growth and alignment with market needs.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • 3+ of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity.
  • Experience creating successful cross-platform campaigns, including brochures, slide decks, webinars, and digital content.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, always focused on driving measurable impact and improving results.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess performance and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take ownership and work independently, along with familiarity with analytics and CRM tools.
  • Native-level English fluency, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across all channels.
