Sygnia is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our internal IT operations and lead the IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and experience managing enterprise IT environments across both cloud platform solutions (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google) as well as a variety of core IT operations (e.g., networking, backups, virtualization). You will ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure while supporting a hybrid global workforce using Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy & Operations: Manage and optimize the IT environment, aligning with business goals and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring smooth IT support and infrastructure management.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee cloud environments and core IT operations.
  • Endpoint Management: Manage deployment, security, and support of Windows and macOS devices.
  • Security & Compliance: Work closely with the CISO to implement best practices, manage patching, and maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Cloud & Network Administration: Ensure the reliability and security of cloud services and corporate networks.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service agreements.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Address IT issues, minimize downtime, and optimize Helpdesk efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Procurement: Manage IT budgets, purchasing, and asset lifecycle planning.
  • Global Helpdesk Management: Ensure Helpdesk operations meet internal SLAs and service quality standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a cybersecurity or tech-driven environment.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms, as well as core IT operations.
  • Experience managing Windows and macOS environments in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and endpoint security management.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document processes and collaborate effectively across the company.
