Lili is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team.
Experience:
- At least five years of experience working as a Data Scientist, preferably in the fintech industry.
- MSc or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Hands-on experience in model development, production-grade implementation, and performance monitoring.
- Background in credit risk modeling is an advantage.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with optimization techniques.
- Excellent Python and SQL skills.
- Proficient in using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other relevant libraries.
- Experience in evaluating, testing, and implementing internal and external data sources.
- Engineering background with the ability to deploy ML solutions in production is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to collect and preprocess data, and build and maintain data pipelines.
- Use data visualization tools to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
