Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker
We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our product team as part of a product trio. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for product design, a passion for product visuals, and the technical expertise to bring concepts to life. As a Product Designer at Chargeflow, you will play a pivotal role in designing solutions that shape the future of the fintech industry. You will own the UI/UX strategy of all our products, ensuring consistency and excellence across the board. This position requires a blend of exceptional design skills and a strong leadership presence to drive user-centric approaches that integrate seamlessly with business and engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Design Projects: Oversee design initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, including multiple product launches on web and mobile platforms. Set the vision for user experience and foster collaborative spaces.
- User-Centric Solutions: Build intuitive and user-centric solutions by incorporating user research, feedback, and business requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product team, customer success, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into development and deliver impactful product experiences.
- UI/UX Strategy Ownership: Own and drive the UI/UX strategy for all our products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Agency Management: Work closely with external design agencies, managing relationships, leading the design vision, and prioritizing work to align with our goals.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing with customers to identify needs and pain points, ensuring designs meet user needs and business objectives.
- Advocate for Design Excellence: Promote design excellence by leading creative and holistic thinking across diverse product offerings.
- Iterative Design Process: Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of design trends and industry standards, applying best practices relevant to fintech and e-commerce environments.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and complex workflows turned into intuitive user experiences.
- 3+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of impactful, user-centered design solutions - Must
- Experience with SaaS platforms - Must
- Experience conducting user research, user journey mapping, and usability testing practices - Must
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams - Must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Must
- Experience working in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) company - Advantage
- Experience in the fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries - Advantage
- Proficiency in Figma (Must), familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects - Advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design sprint processes - Advantage
