Description

Basic Job Purpose:

Be part of a Team that Support users and client endpoints, Both on Client and Software level. The job includes Responsibility for all aspects of the Helpdesk department. Install, Configure and maintain Computers, peripheral devices. Manage users, permission, Software and Licenses, backup, antivirus, and ongoing support. Asset management of Hardware and Stock.

Main Duties:

  • Managing Users: You manage users in an Active Directory environment, create and terminate user accounts, and manage user mailboxes. You also maintain the Helpdesk ticket system.
  • Managing Client Computers: You install computers and laptops, work with images, install software, and assign permissions and registry settings.
  • OS Maintenance and Upgrade: You handle system version patches and upgrades.
  • File and Print Services: You manage and maintain company file and print services, including installing and configuring network and client printers and assigning network and folder permissions.
  • Remote Support: You support users remotely, troubleshoot network problems, manage and support users' remote access VPN, and support users with BYOD devices like smartphones and iPads.
  • Backup Management: You manage backup tapes in an offsite location supplier.
  • IT Assets Management: You manage and maintain the company's IT assets, check in/check out hardware for users, and manage IT stock and suppliers.
Requirements

 

·        Experience: You need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a global company.

·        Active Directory: Full and deep experience and knowledge in managing users in Active Directory in a global company.

·        Office 365 Systems: Knowledge and experience in Office 365 systems.

·        Operating Systems: In-depth experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

·        Support: Experience with Office, client applications, and internal systems. SAP knowledge is a plus.

·        Hardware: Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge and experience with desktop and laptop hardware.

·        Networks: Demonstrated expertise in Windows networks, file and print services, NTFS permissions, and TCP/IP protocols.

·        Remote Control: Knowledge and experience in remote control applications and VPN clients.

·        Backup Systems: Experience with backup systems.

·        Service Orientation: Highly service-oriented with the ability to provide excellent service (a must).

·        Language Skills: Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

·        Independence and Learning: Independent employee, fast learner, autodidact, team player, and capable of multitasking (a must).

·        Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, cope with conflicts and stress, and work under pressure with 24-hour availability (a must).

·        Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
