Requirements

The role:

Are you passionate about organization, efficiency, and contributing to the success of a dynamic revenue organization? We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement—we’re more interested in your enthusiasm to learn and make an impact.

Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee contracting processes and manage account creation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform data validation and maintain data accuracy across systems.
  • Provide critical support during end-of-quarter processes.
  • Address administrative tasks, manage tickets, and handle system configurations.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Ideally, We're Looking For:

  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Technical aptitude and a keen eye for detail to perform basic data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend practical process improvements and automation ideas.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

These Would Also Be Nice:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce - advantage.
  • Experience with process automation tools or workflows.
  • Knowledge of sales operations or revenue-related processes.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
